About the "Baker"


I am Kent LeBoutillier...


I have been working in the food service industry since 1982.

I had been involved in many aspects of the business, until I finally got into the baking end while living in Aspen, Colorado and working at Poppies Bistro Café. There I learned the art of food science and baking from the chef which has become invaluable knowledge with the move from high attitude to sea level.

It is my goal to make desserts taste as good as they look... if not better. I love what I do- i love the food end as well as the design aspects and am always open to new challenges and new ideas.

I believe no event is too small and I work hard to make sure that every event is special and unique.

I specialize in cakes and desserts for all occasions including weddings, birthdays, showers, holidays
