About the "Baker"


I am Kent LeBoutillier...


I have been working in the food service industry since 1982.

I had been involved in many aspects of the business, until I finally got into the baking end while living in Aspen, Colorado and working at Poppies Bistro Café. There I learned the art of food science and baking from the chef- this knowledge has been invaluable with the move from high attitude to sea level.

It is my goal to make desserts taste as good as they look... if not better. I love what I do- I love the food end as well as the design aspects and I am always open to new challenges and new ideas.

I believe no event is too small and I work hard to make sure that every event is special and unique.
